I had low expectations walking in due to some of these heated reviews, but I had a great experience at this practice. Very caring physician who took plenty of time answering all of my questions and did a really gentle minor surgery. Very kind and caring nurse. All the front desk staff are sweet and personable. Had a minor insurance snafu and everyone was apologetic and helpful. It's a bit rare to get treated like a person at doctor's offices these days, rather than a number on an insurance card. I'm glad to have found my new dermatologist!

Janelle and an assistant (So sorry I don't remember her name. Stress.) were so kind and patient with my dad today. He needed a growth on his head removed. He's 92, has dementia and is a difficult patient. They dealt with him sensitively and with respect despite his behavior. Can't thank them both enough.

I've been going to this office for about 3 or 4 years now. Stephanie Burns is my go-to gal. She has helped me so much! My boyfriend is a lifelong indy resident who actually used to go to a different dermatologist for a very long time until I recommended this office. I definitely recommend to friends and family and it seems like all of the providers do a wonderful job.
