“While I originally was going to sign my daughter up at Ha’s for self defense training, Grand Master Ha convinced me to sign up as well. While after 6 years, my daughter has moved onto Cheerleading full-time, Ha’s training served as a good basis to build up other skills. I, on the other hand, continue to go today (9+ years later).
