We had to replace every window in our home so this was a big decision for us and we were looking for a local company that was accessible and stood behind their work. “We have a back door (Mastercraft) that had rotted out. I investigated replacing the door with an identical model but really wasn't completely satisfied. As a result we shopped around. The Door Store was our first - and turns out only - stop.

The team there walked us through the options (we wanted to match the other back door/window combination which limited our selection a bit. But TDS was able to find a nearly perfect match, which also happens to have more window area than the door/window it replace.

Once the installation was scheduled, installation took only about 2 hours, and left our house looking perfect, inside and out. No additional trim work required on our part.

“Ultimate View replaced all of our windows, along with front and back doors and a sliding door. We live in a nearly 100 year old home so any updates are not straightforward. One of my biggest concerns was lead dust mitigation given we have a toddler. Tom is certified in this area. The job was completed while we were away and the house was immaculate on our return. They take the lead concerns very seriously. Tom provided excellent suggestions and was incredibly easy to work with. His crew has been with him for 20 years and it shows. We got 5 quotes and Ultimate View's quote was fair and reasonable for the scope of work. We've had several severe rains to test the windows and have not had any issues. Would certainly recommend and use again!“

“A friend of mine told me originally about Home Advisor. When I first heard of it I was very leery of trusting my info out there on a generic site. I sent in a request to get a price for a glass pane replacement. I selected this route after getting a quote for an actual window replacement of $1,100.00. I sent in my request and within an hour I got my first email from Glass.com. I specified in the email to Deb that I am extremely hard to reach on the phone and the best way to get a hold of me is through email. Now, keep in mind Deb and I have never spoken on the phone. Deb has been nothing but pleasant, caring and attentive to my needs and concerns. She has provided the best follow up and communication to me. I sent Deb an email advising her after about a week or so that I have not forgotten about her company and I was waiting on my tax return so I can order the glass and get it installed. Deb made arrangements to order the glass and get it in so that it can be ready for me when I was ready. I then got an email from Deb less than a week later telling me the glass was in and she was coming out in a few days to install it. "I still have not spoken to Deb on the phone" Deb made arrangements to have the glass installed while I was at work and also an arrangement for payment at a generous time frame. I cannot say anything bad about Deb and Glass.com. Nothing but 1 million star review comes to mind. I have been in the customer service industry for 20+ years and have never been treated with such respect and trust that Deb has ever provided to my family. I have been working with Deb for less than 3 weeks and I have a brand new glass pane installed and my house is back to normal.
