James and Heather were terrific to work with -- James came on site to help us with our project for new basement windows. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We ended up going with Andersen windows and James helped us pick the right color. You can tell he really has an eye for detail and what would look nice! His team even obtained the permit for us. My husband was in charge of this home improvement and these are his exact words,"Having spent 40+ years in the trades I tend to be critical of work done, either by myself or others. For that reason I tend to do my own work.
