The owners are a husband and wife who are unbelievably nice- always smiling, are hard workers, and do what they say they are going to do. They were unable to remove certain stains from my clothes and I thought I was going to have to throw them away. Sure enough, they were able to remove the stains, my items looked like new, and I was both happy and relieved.
