EDIT: After leaving the review, Davis Imperial followed-up with photos of my dress after cleaning. It looks great! 5 stars :)My experience with Davis Imperial was great! I had them clean and preserve my wedding dress. While they were more expensive than other preservations I looked at, I personally decided it was worth is as they had glowing reviews, the bottom of my dress needed severe TLC with how dirty it got from dragging on the floor, and I wanted to ensure that if I was preserving it it would work.They had the dress for a few months and communication was great; I received constant updates on the status. Davis did an incredible job getting out permanent marker on a Barbie pink little boy’s suit. Amazing!!! I had given up on it as suitable for the rag bag but it is now ready in perfect condition for Easter!

Spoke with Jordan this past Saturday about how to move forward after an apartment fire. Jordan's depth of compassion with no nonsense advice was exactly what we needed.
