“I hired this company to do a full furnace/AC replacement. In the quoting process, three things stood out to me: the friendliness of the employees, the competitiveness of the pricing, and the fact that they were the only company that properly sized the replacement unit (we were moving from an ancient unit to a high-efficiency unit, and other companies quoted me for a new furnace with equivalent BTUs, and none of them did manual J calcs to back that up). That final point was most important to me - even if Oasis had worse pricing, I wanted the job done right. The installation had a couple minor errors, but they did not drag their feet about coming back to make everything right. To me, that displayed a high degree of professionalism and commitment to customer service. The installation seemed to go smoothly, and everyone was friendly throughout. They will be my choice for all future HVAC maintenance/needs.“

“I appreciated being able to get a diagnostic appointment scheduled quickly, and having the job completed that same day. Jose G explained what would be involved, itemized the estimate, and was very very tenacious in getting an incredibly clogged bathroom sink draining again. “Use as your first choice for plumbing issues - period. I wouldn't use anybody else for my plumbing services. I have used Reliance Plumbing many times over the years. They are always quick to respond, their plumbers are always very intelligent and competent and extremely neat and well mannered. I have never found any fault with their work ever. They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive either, and in the end you get what you pay for. Reliance took us through a very long, and pretty expensive rebuild and reconnection of my house plumbing after we had a water pipe burst that destroyed half our house. The insurance company mandated plumber made such a mess of our reconnections that I had to fire them and hire Reliance to get our house in working order again. Reliance made several great suggestions that saved us time and even more money. When we tried to cram a new hot water dispenser with tank under our kitchen sink along with the dishwasher connection, an outside hose connection, and a garbage disposal, it was Reliance who suggested we rip everything out and reengineer all the piping from scratch. This was costly but the end result was a magificent blend of both art and engineering and we have so much more space under there now. When we had mystery water leaks in our basement ceiling and we thought we knew the source, it was Reliance that quickly suggested the proper course of action and discovered the leak was from an entirely different location. Reliance will frequently do extra little no-cost things during their visit like clean faucet traps or caulk a spot that needs it, or have suggestions for improvements. They are my first choice for any plumbing services. In my opinion, the best plumbing company on Chicago's North Shore.“

We ran later than we expected at another errand and he graciously waited the extra time. The quote was reasonable and what was even better is that he was able to install the water heater 2 days later. The work was quick and they left job site clean.
