The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I brought my wedding dress and my partner’s suit here for a cleaning months after our wedding and the woman who helped us was very chill. The service was around $150-$200 total, and was completed in less than a week. No hold fee for me to pick them up on Friday afternoon though the estimated completion time was Thursday evening.
