“These people have been doing my dry cleaning for several years now. They have done a beautiful job with everything. Recently, I took them one of my favorite garments along with the usual assortment of dress shirts, slacks, and a couple of suits. I am absolutely positive I gave it to them because I wanted it for an upcoming event and as I said earlier, they do a magnificent job.When I went back and realized that the expensive garment could not be found, I got upset. I raised my voice considerably and used some inappropriate language. I was frustrated and acted badly.Well, a couple of days ago, at my office, my lost garments were personally returned to me with a lovely note of apology. I had thought that they didn’t care. It turns out that they care a great deal. They went through everything, maybe several times, until my missing clothes were located!Now I am the one who needs to apologize.A really good dry cleaner, which Brighton Cleaners most definitely is, must handle thousands upon thousands of garments weekly. That something occasionally gets misplaced is unfortunate but also unavoidable. I’m guessing it’s a problem for each and every dry cleaner.Brighton Cleaners does an exceptional job of cleaning clothes.
