I had very specific hardwood flooring Bart was able to secure and he worked with me to get the exact carpet I was looking for. I had a complete removal of all flooring, quarter round and carpet and the AMB team was able to remove, prep and install within 2 weeks. Bart helped me pick out new up to date quarter round and even installed quarter round in the kitchen and island so the entire baseboards kept the same look. “ProOne Builders just completed the renovation of our two bathrooms. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. The bathrooms are more beautiful than we had expected. Much of this can be attributed to Bogdan's excellent staff. We had two Project Managers working on our project; and they complemented each other well and both filled a necessary role. Greg managed the business end of the project and oversaw some of the final work. Matthew, however was our everyday contact. He scheduled the work and the supplies needed. He kept us very well informed about the specific work to be done and the schedule of who would be showing up to complete it. He also worked around our time commitments and was always pleasant and accommodating. The various workers were all respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and the quality of their work was impeccable. Both Matthew and Greg were available and responsive to our questions and concerns. We are looking forward to our next home project with ProOne Builders. I would highly recommend them for home renovations.“

Larry provided a complete proposal with a suggested computer produced layout, and itemized cost estimates, and work schedule.Our project involved completely gutting the existing kitchen down to the studs and installing new utilities, walls, ceiling, custom hand-made Amish cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. He really was able to help coach me through things I would and wouldn't wish I had.. he went as far as making sure I had an easily accessible step stool built in so I could reach the tallest shelves... he redesigned the garbage can so it had greater capacity than I initially indicated and boy do I appreciate that now... he suggested added lighting that really is a dream.. he suggested drawers over cabinets in an area for the pots that I LOVE... outlet placement, color ideas, etc... He did it all! And then when the cabinets arrived (exactly on time mind you, no delays what so ever) they were stellar, made our room... and the functionality of our kitchen is outstanding.
