We had a positive experience working with LaMantia Design & Remodeling to finish our basement. Nancy is an outstanding designer and provided great ideas to how to work with the existing configuration of our basement. Frank was the project manager assigned to our basement and he was responsive and met all time frames we had discussed at the beginning of construction. We are thrilled with the final result of our basement and our family will enjoy the additional space for years to come. My family strongly recommends LaMantia Design & Remodeling as they are great at what they do and good people.

My family highly recommends LaMantia Design & Remodeling for any home project. From start to finish we had a great experience working with Nancy, Frank and Mike to design and finish our basement. We found LaMantia Design & Remodeling to be responsive, professional and transparent during the construction process. LaMantia did an extensive remodel on our home 10 years ago (Cape Cod attic tear off and full floor rebuild, as well as a three-level addition and complete rewire, replumbing and installation of two HVAC systems). Hands down the best company on every level. And not a single problem with the work to date. Staff was amazing and the trades on the project were the best in the region. Completely satisfied!!!!
