I went here using Groupon and when I’m less busy I will definitely sign up for the weekly classes. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus it’s nice to support a local gym!
Such a great gym! I especially love Yoga with Becca on Monday evenings. It’s such a wonderful way to start the week! Lots of stretching and restorative work, practicing balance, focusing on my breath work, and setting intentions for both the class and the rest of the week. I highly recommend this class and the rest of ACR Performance Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
Neil and his whole team are very helpful. They make you very comfortable and help you to achieve your goal.My souse and mine trainer (Neil) is an exceptional person, he is very patient and push us in new ways while also being fun. He make us feel like family.
