Updating my review to share that although I have three times requested a refund for unused sessions after this workout wrecked my back, there has been no refund. Buyer beware. Off to the Better Business Bureau....
I went in for a trail class and it was an utter failure. The trainer was NOT motivating. The energy was low and weak. He stood there watching me saying judgy things like “if you put on more weight, you’d go to failure sooner”. Just awful attitude and experience. No thank you!
The Perfect Workout really is perfect! I love that it is only 20 minutes and you get results fast. I've always struggled with weight training on my own and the trainers at the Perfect Workout really help with posture, positioning and of course pushing you through the 2 minute intervals. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in weight training with results weekly. Give it a shot! I've been lucky enough to train with Eric and Andrew and both of them make you feel welcome and comfortable!
