The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. No one else explained the work needed to the level Derek did with absolutely no pressure, he just tells it straight and lets you decide.I had Dudek Exteriors replace three windows at my old house and he did a phenomenal job, so I used him again at our new house. He replaced three exterior doors, one of which was a very customer/unique size, two screen doors, and a slider window. As always the workmanship is top notch quality, fast, and an excellent value. Derek leaves the house as clean as when he arrives and clearly communicates the project timeline and when he will be able to complete the install. Couldn’t be any happier with the results and will be using him when replacing the remain 18 windows.“

Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!“

“We used 3JM for our new roof and our new siding. The siding looks incredible and was executed really nicely.But, the real value was with Danny and his persistence with our insurance company. After a large hail storm, it was clear we had significant damage to the roof, but State Farm was doing what insurance companies do - trying to avoid covering the cost of a new roof. Danny jumped through all the hoops necessary, even requesting a 2nd evaluation and challenging State Farm on the necessity of replacing our skylights, which had hail and seal damage.Danny's expertise got our insurance company to cover the cost of our new roof. Quality of the work is as good as it gets and the service was incredible - wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any exterior work.“
