I called him a couple weeks before my wedding day because I had gotten alterations done in Chicago and was not satisfied with the end product, but they were rushed and dismissive with me. John told me to come in the same day I called and calmed my nerves immediately. He spent so much time with me (multiple fittings) and really listened the areas I was concerned about, and went above and beyond. I felt like he was on the same page as my vision of what I wanted the dress to look like and basically saved my wedding dress! If I could give more than five stars I would. They were precise with their placement on jackets and shirts, and pants were hemmed and waists brought in quite professionally. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment.
