“Used Griswold for my son's wedding. We were coming from out of town to Chicago and did not know who was the best pick. We needed an aide for my dad who is in a wheelchair and needed help dressing and getting to the church plus reception. Edmond was 5 star. We really made the best choice. “We needed to find 24-hour care for my mom in hospice, starting At 6pm on a Friday evening. Traycee was the only service to call us back out of 6 or 7 that we tried, and we had a caregiver by 9pm that evening. Every single person who worked those final12 days of my mom’s life was dedicated and caring. I was able to phone screen each person to ensure I felt comfortable, and when there wasn’t a good fit, a replacement was found immediately. The responsiveness and caring of the entire team was impressive. Highly recommend for families in need of these services!“

“I have had my husband in this marvelous facility for 6 years. I can say this is an excellent care facility. The caregiver to resident ratio is 4-5 to 1--excellent and the facility is white glove clean! They serve homemade food and fresh fruit, not the junk you get at the corporate facilities. It is a comfortable home so residents do not feel they are in a hospital like so many of the big places. This is how assisted living should be done! Check out this wonderful home!“
