“Home Instead provided at home care for my elderly Aunt for over a year. All of their employees that provided care to my Aunt were excellent. I had nothing but bad experiences with other home health care providers prior to switching to Home Instead. The big difference I found is Home Instead actually employs their caregivers. Most other home health care providers use a third party to locate the actual caregiver. Save your self a lot of grief and hire Home Instead for your needs. Don’t learn the hard way like I did. Employee “Carmen” provided a great deal of my Aunts care. She was fabulous! I am available to anyone who would like to speak with me direct for reference purposes.
