“Our project was done in two phases: New Roof in May '23; Windows / Siding / Soffit / Fascia / Gutters in early August. The work was done VERY professionally. The crew did a great job of determining issues on our original construction (the house is 35 years old) and remediating necessary issues. They did a great job of cleaning up daily and they communicated with us the entire way. TJ is outstanding. He offered us options and suggestions for colors, materials and styles, and he and his crew queried us mid-job to ensure we were informed and we made informed decisions that had to be made. A big point I want to offer is that TJ is a stand-up guy that took responsibility for some damage (that wasn't necessarily his team's fault) wreaked by the July storms. It impacted gutters that were temporarily configured between the two jobs. He was contacted at 7:00AM on a day and his crew was on-site 3 hours later to review what was going on. AND he made right to help repair the damage. You can't ask for more. The workmanship is excellent, the quality is excellent, the materials are top-notch, the project was completed in the estimated time frames and on budget. He gave us next steps for taking care of our attic insulation to put a finishing touch on the work and ensure that the new soffits provided correct ventilation. We rate TJ and company HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we will have him back to replace the rest of our windows.Services: Gutter installation“

“Autumn Ridge Home Improvements is an amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone! They completed total renovations in our bathroom and kitchen, installed a new water heater, replaced old cast iron plumbing, and did interior painting. We also had a new roof and all new siding done as well. In the kitchen and bathroom they laid new tile flooring, along with tile on the shower walls. The tile work is exquisite! They really took their time and made sure it looked perfect. Bobby is a perfectionist and makes sure all the work is done to the highest standards. They installed new kitchen cabinets as well, and even caught a measuring mistake from made by the contractor from Home Depot! We should have just has Bobby do it In the first place :) The care and professionalism of Bobby and his crew are unmatched! We had several surprise issues that sprung up during the process (no fault of Autumn Ridge, just things that were discovered during the work being done, such as the main drain pipe being broken for probably years) and Bobby and his team didn’t blink an eye, they just kept rolling with the punches! Throughout the entire time of our renovations, Bobby continually kept us updated on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. He encourages you to voice any concerns or questions, and he promptly addresses them. He was on the job site daily, and Bobby and his crew were on time every single day. In fact, we really enjoyed having all of the crew around, and even missed them after the work was done! A really great group of guys! They always worked extremely hard the whole time while on the job and always cleaned up after themselves as well. If all of this is not amazing enough, Bobby’s rates are very reasonable. We are beyond thrilled with all of the beautiful work completed by Autumn Ridge. It feels like we are living in a brand new house! Thank you Autumn Ridge!!!!! “STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not recur. They worked in 100 F temperature in the attic in cramped condition.Edson was my lead contact person, very responsive on the phone, good to work with. Receptionist was very helpful in fitting in what was a small job in their schedule.“
