“This is our 1st winter in our home, so we were bound to have issues. The other day, due to the below freezing temperatures somewhere, our pipes froze. We were unable to locate the issue, so we started calling around.Greg came for an emergency call the same day. He was able to locate the issue where I didn't expect it in, our garage, a copper pipe was frozen solid. He was able to defrost the pipe and we got running water again! He also let me know what to do to prevent it from happening again since our garage is unheated. Thankfully, we lucked out too and no pipes burst in the process. I dont know if it was his technique or just the luck of the year, but we are very happy!Definitely recommend them!“

“Our water heater suddenly went out and we needed a licensed professional for a diagnosis and replacement under our home warranty. Our home warranty recommended someone who was unavailable for at least a week. Koehne was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to get someone in the next morning between 8-8:30 am. Mark was here before 8:30! He was VERY polite and informative! He was also very mindful of our carpets surrounding the closet in which the heater is located (in our living room above our crawl space). He made sure to avoid letting any excess water get onto the carpet and I also noticed he took the towel we had put in to soak leaking water last night and cleaned up the tile floor in our entryway after taking the old water heater out!! When I had to take my dogs out he was calm and caused no alarm for either dog (but especially the one that has more issues with strangers (more specifically men)). The new heater was delivered quickly and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate the fair pricing, professionalism, promptness, and quality work performed. “Our entire experience with Maxson was wonderful! No one likes having a plumbing issue, but if you have one, this is the place to call. I called and talked to Anita at the office. I knew that it might be the following day for them to come out, since I called after 12:00 PM. She quickly looked and said that they had a plumber in our area already and may be able to squeeze me in the same day. And she did! PJ and his apprentice (I wish I had gotten his name) were at our home within an hour of when I called, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The price was so reasonable! I have used another plumbing company in the area, who charged me more for simply coming out to diagnose a problem than Maxson charged me for everything. While we hope that we don't have any future issues, they will be our go to if we do. They are wonderful, and I highly recommend them!“
