“It's been nearly twenty years since I needed to see an eye doctor. The Eyes on Fulton staff was outstanding. Doctor Asano was really courteous and knowledgeable, and the receptionist was very friendly as well. In only one brief appointment, I learned a great deal about my eyes from them and their state-of-the-art equipment. The gentleman who assisted me in selecting my first set of glasses was amazing. He was excellent at choosing frames that complemented the shape of my face and was quite patient. Eyes on Fulton works to reduce any out-of-pocket costs by carefully going over what your insurance covers. This is the place to go if you've been putting off seeing an eye doctor in order to get all of your questions answered and enjoy a wonderful experience selecting new frames!“

“First time coming back since the new owners. What a difference. After my previous experiences with the former owner and having to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to close to two hours to see Dr. DeKoster (who is no longer there), I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen by both staff and Doctor. First of all, the wonderful woman that was at the desk named Diamond was very kind and courteous and helpful. Had to fill out the necessary paperwork and it took no time to do this. I didn't even have a chance to sit down when I was called to do the preliminary eye exams. That part was handled by one of THE NICEST, BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE people I have ever interacted with at Melrose. Her name is Nicole and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. She did a very thorough job of examining my eyes, explained each procedure and I felt totally at ease because of her. She is going to be a fantastic optometrist in the future! Afterwards, Dr.Dzubur came in and what a pleasant experience THAT was. Very down to earth guy, explains everything to you. I came away from this visit knowing more about my eyes than the entire times I went to Melrose Eyecare before. Very grateful for all of the help that I was given and how wonderful everyone treated me. I am very satisfied with the new owners and look forward to my next visit. Great job!“

I was trying to find a particular brand of glasses that I bought in NYC, but instead, Josh and the staff introduced me to something better that I ended up going with. The level of attention to what works with your face and style is the best, and the collection of gorgeous, high-end frames is phenomenal. In addition, they were attentive to my prescription needs, and the price was far better than my previous glasses. “Please take my money!I am extremely pleased with Lunettes Family Eyecare and Optical Boutique. I have been to a lot of optometrist on the southside of Chicago and all I found was extremely poor or outright awful service! Then I found Lunettes! When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. To date the service that she provides is impeccable. She knows everything about her job and she knows how to get what she wants so she can provide the customer with exactly what they want. I have more than one insurance available and she easily uses every benefit available to me. Nicole, is a little newer but she has worked with Leanne in the past and it shows. Nicole is extremely nice and extremely helpful when Leeanne is not holding down the fort. She is a perfect teammate. Dr. Lange was initially quiet but that has changed. She is always asking about the family and how things are on the daily. Dr. Lange is genuinely interested in how her patients are doing and has a pleasant chair side manner. She is genuinely happy to do what she does and it shows. Dang it the whole office is just the bee's knee's. I will be going there until they tell me to stop coming in. LOL. “Oh, my goodness why doesn't this doctor have more reviews?!?!?! He's a great doctor!!! Dr. Banser is so thorough and patient. Let me tell you if you want to get all that you can out of your vision insurance, he will make sure that you do. He runs all of the tests possible for your eyes, even tests that other doctors don't. How do I know this, because I have taken my parents to several different doctors and see how they work and what they do and don't offer, and this man runs tests that the others don't. Also, English is my parents second language and Dr. Banser couldn't have been nicer and more patient with my parents. I am comfortable with them going to his appointments without me. I was so impressed with this doctor that when it was my time to see an eye doctor, I asked my doctor to refer me to him. Don't miss out people!!!P.S. His facility has parking, is clean, and his staff is just as great as him. I'm telling you....stop looking and go see him. When I talked to his staff, they said yeah, he's really nice that's probably why he has patients that stay with him for 30 years. I told Dr, Banser he's stuck with my parents and me.“
