962 S Randall Rd, St. Charles“I was introduced to this facility through a 30 day transformative workshop which included nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress areas of study. F45 was part of the exercise week. I was very impressed with the concept of the organization. This is not your everyday 'gym' where you go in and get on a machine and plug away - no, in this place, no two workouts are the same. When you arrive, you are assigned a station number where you'll go after your warm up and a demo of all of the stations and the exercises in them. You just have to show up. And then the work out begins... you will have trainers to help with your proper posture and amount of weight, familiarity in using the props/weights/ropes, etc... , you will sweat and become exhilarated by the movements and how good you feel afterwards. I highly recommend getting an in body scan which will tell you how much lean body mass you have vs. fat which will help inform you on how much protein and other nutrients your body needs each day. Very worth the cost. Highly recommend.“

She walks the talk - swimmer, marathoner, cyclist, runner, all around fitness expert. She took me from not being able to swim one lap to doing a 1/2 marathon in 18 months. We have worked together for six years on all facets of training - core, weight training, weight loss..., swimming, running, cycling, cardio, stretching, golf training. There is no better training, coaching partner. I cannot recommend Jaynie enough regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.“
“If you're thinking about getting back surgery, pay a visit to Kim at Perseverance Pilates first. I started having back issue in May 2020, and met with 5 Physical Therapists, 2 chiropractors, 3 orthopedic surgeons and received a variety of evaluations, x-rays, MRIs and steroid injections over that time, with little improvement. One ortho even recommended "minimally invasive" surgery, that included fusion of the L4/L5 vertebra and screws and pins. I came upon Perseverance Pilates through a Google search, as I continued to look for solution and better treatment options. I've been going to Perseverance for about a few months now and my back has improved significantly. Kim has helped me build strength and mobility, and I've been able to resume workouts and business/personal travel without fear of having my back spasm up. She does a great job of listening and evaluating, then crafting a plan to address your physical limitations.“

“Clean and quiet, especially at 6:30am. Many machines, a large free weight area, and a turffed area for the sled and ropes. Spin room, raquette ball courts, pool, dry sauna, and kids care. I didn't get to explore everything, but it's a nice and inclusive place to workout.“
