“Brien is a true gentleman and handled the replacement of our roof five stars from start to finish what I mean by that is his “the communication, all of the questions that I had and asking for samples of shingles educating me on what to buy. After having done my research upon his suggestion, I did settle on the certainties landmark pro shingle. This is a class three impact resistant shingle with wind resistance up to 130 miles an hour. Living in Geneva Illinois you never know what kind of weather we’re gonna get around here. The transaction from the deposit to the total was flawless. It’s rare these days where you feel really good about Working with a contractor only two weeks went by from the time I paid the deposit to the start date. They did the job today, June 16 arrived at 7 AM and completed the tear off of my roof and disposed of all of the debris from that in their own dumpster. There was a crew of eight gentlemen who could’ve not done a better job installing synthetic felt underlayment. Installed drip. Installed a starter course of shingles installed the New vents installed new lead soil pipe collars and also installed a new metal chimney that Brian was kind enough to drop off a few days before the job started so I could paint it the color that I wanted. The workmanship is as good as it gets. The cleanup it was like they were never there and were completely done with the job by 6 PM. There’s a lot of roofing contractors out there that I talk to and after being in sales myself for 45 years, you can tell pretty quick of who you want to deal with and who you don’t. Awesome experience at a fair price. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to do a new roof. Thank you for a great experience. Best, Scott“
