“Bill Anderson at Fresh Page is a diligent, exceeds expectations contractor! From the first time he introduced himself thru our whole project, even after we had signed off but had some "straggler" issues, he was with us every step of they way. Fresh Page is Roofing, Siding and Gutters, but Bill also helped us thru some AC, chimney & window issues due to hail damage. All of our claims did get approved because of Bill's hard work using verbiage & great photos! He did not use it on our house, but Bill has since gotten a drone which can greatly increase reporting damage. Our insurance company even chose to have their own person come out to inspect an issue and their report concurred with Bill's results. As all of us work daily it is sometimes not easy to call people during the day, Bill was always cordial even when we called in the evening. If we did have to leave a message, it was returned in a timely manner. The owner Patrick & Bill's co-worker Amanda were able to come out on project days if Bill was unavailable. “Jim and his crew saved our home. after our roof was damaged by a severe storm and started leaking into the house causing interior damage, I spent over 6 months dealing with the insurance company I had been with for almost 30 years just to get screwed. Then the next call I made was to Jim, within a couple days he not only inspected the roof, gave a quote which was unbelievable, had his crew making preps. Within a matter of a couple weeks not only did his crew show up but Jim was right there on the roof as well. 2 days later I had a complete new roof (better then I ever expected for the price), they not only tore off the old roof, replaced all damaged decking and areas that were questionable so not to have any possible future issues, installed new drains, (I have a flat roof) pitched the roof so rain actually ran toward the drains unlike the previous company installed where the rain ran away from the drains and pooled. they totally cleaned up when they were finished, you couldn't even tell I just had a new roof installed, passed city inspection with excellence. THEN, Jim went above and beyond, he knew the amount of interior damage that was caused while playing games with the insurance company for over 6 months. he set me up with people who totally repaired/rebuilt several rooms and restored my/our home.
