“When we first brought our dogs in, we were discouraged by previous groomers. At Trophy Paws, they received a very professional grooming. We are so thankful to have a place that does quality grooming. We love the staff. On Thor’s first groom, they told us he had something going on that wasn’t right. We had noticed Thor excessively scratching and he didn’t seem himself. The groomer called us and explained Thor had skin damage. We got him into the vet the very next day. Thor had a skin tag that he scratched and got infected. We are SO thankful they called and alerted us to his condition. They don’t just groom these dogs. They genuinely care for their well being. I wish I had better words to describe the level of professionalism and kindness of their groomers. In the next few months, we will be moving across town. I will still be taking them to Trophy Paws. “I’m pretty thorough with where I take my dog and nearly every daycare in the area gave me some kind of red flag - either through recent reviews or visiting and just not feeling very comfortable leaving Jax for an extended period.

Dog. has been a very positive experience so far. I walk over a mile to get there each time and it’s always worth it for the security I feel when he’s there. It’s clean, professionally run, and the dog daycare cameras they offer are reassuring. Jax always leaves tired and the front desk folks are always friendly. Ever since my initial email reach out, they have been very thorough in answering my countless questions without making me feel annoying - which I appreciate.

“I think this is one of the best ideas that I've come across. Kudos to the owner for putting this together. So much Jackson is a self-wash station for your dog you would walk in there are three cleaning areas two for large dogs one for a small dog. You load your dog into the bathtub close the door secure them by the leash then just like a self wash car wash you would choose to turn on the water then if you need to switch it to shampoo or conditioner you just move the dial. I recommend bringing your own dog shampoo and conditioner as well as a towel. So it's $15 for 15 minutes. Quick tip you can use the full 15 minutes and then you get two minutes to disinfect the dog tub for free afterwards. The facility is open to 10:00 p.m. which is amazing. There is a huge parking lot so it's very convenient.“
