A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. “I changed my rating from one star to five stars. My landlord, Becovic, lied and said that Cycor Peat control said, “I denied access to my apartment.”

So, Cycor returned to my apartment unit in April for an inspection/fumigation. They were polite, quick, and professional.

On March 6, 2024, The day of the inspection, I complied with the instructions, placed everything out of the cabinets and drawers In the bed, and went to work. No one contacted me to tell me it was a problem accessing my unit. I was not supposed to leave the door open.

On April 1, my landlord sent me a 10-day notice because Cycor said, “The tenant refused to allow access, which is a breach of lease.” This statement is a total lie because Cycor never said that, and I worked 9 hours and 18 minutes on that day, so no one in my apartment could deny access. Moreover, the door has no blockage or extra locks that management cannot open.

I do recommend Cycor because of their professionalism and honesty.

I do not recommend my landlord, Becovic, for not admitting their mistakes, giving false statements about their tenants, and using Cycor as a coverup.“
