So Cycor was needed once more, for cockroaches that won't go away, as this is an old building and there were some dirty tenants living next to me. Art came out the first time and was so nice and considerate. This last time, George came with two other very kind guys who listened to my concerns and treated the areas that were most problematic. They were VERY careful around my ferret's cage and even pet her before they began the treatment. A+ to them for their courteous approach and extreme professionalism.

Only giving 2 stars as I'm not the one paying for them to provide the service.Our apartment complex has struggled for years with unwanted pests, the last couple times we have prepped our units as they are supposed to treat all baseboards as well as vacuum any possible nests, well they never do they rush through with gel bait and are in and out in 2 mins. The last time they came they added glue traps in kitchen and a few squeezes of gel bait and headed for the bathroom to where again nothing was added and they left... Here we are not even 6 months later and they have to return... Although I'm now using advion which has been amazing!!

Love this company. Always available to get the job done. When they come out they do very professional job and will let you know in a report what may be needed in future. Honest fellows.
