“Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. “Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial call I had someone come 2x and my issues were fully resolved.“
“Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“
