“I was in search of a groomer for my two dogs, in which one of them had terrible matted hair around his ears. I felt like a terrible owner for missing that area and getting his hair so long. However, everyone at Duke and Friends were very non-judgmental and were very empathetic to my situation. I felt very welcomed and my two pups looked so handsome after the visit. I just hope they didn't cause too much trouble for the staff. Overall, amazing service and they do such an amazing job!!!“

“This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“

“Friday( 09-02-2022) I walked into this establishment desperate to book an appointment for my yorkie. The appointment I had at Pet Supplies Plus was canceled on me that same day and I was so upset. My yorkie needed grooming asap. I proceeded to google search and call the nearby grooming places and nobody answered their phones. While driving back home I saw Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming and decided to stop and hopefully book an appointment. The lady was so nice and understanding. Even though she was busy grooming a pup, she asked me to come back with my dog that very same day!! I am so grateful and thankful that even though she was so busy, she made room for my pup that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My dog turned out beautiful after her grooming session at Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming. Thank you so much!!

Ps: The first pic is her, fresh out from her grooming session. The second pic where she's next to the other dog is from today two days later after her grooming. The bow became lose, that's why the fur is covering her eyes. The third pic where they're on their beds is what she looked like before. She desperately needed a trimming.
