I specified the hotel in the intake form but also was told to text the massage person the hotel name along with the room number. So seems there could be a little bit more coordination.“

I am very happy with the botox, potenza, icoone, VI peels and hair laser treatments that I have received and continue to find other treatments that not only make me beautiful but also make me feel beautiful! I also recommend getting a massages and the vitamin D and B shots or IV drips to help make you feel your best! I really enjoy all the staff who are very knowledgeable and professional. “Kara is the best! She really caters her treatment to your needs. I've had some issues with skin allergies and she never seems annoyed but really helpful when I ask about ingredients of products being used. I've been going to her for years for dermaplanes/facials and brazilians. She's very accommodating to my daughter tagging along but it's always nice to go solo too as it can be a much more therapeutic visit. I can't recommend Kara enough!“

She was so gentle and I was so relaxed. My skin is glowing and I cannot wait for my next one. She asked me during if I was ok and comfortable many times. I told her I THOUGHT I had had a facial before, but after that with Bianca, I realized I never really had one before her! “Paulina is the only person allowed to wax me... Ok I lied. If it's an emergency her sister is also very good but I've been going to Paulina for two decades. So she's always my "go to". Do not even mess around with any other waxing spa. They have been in the business longer than anyone else. I drive all the way from downtown Chicago (because originally they were in water tower). Hands down the ONLY place to go for a Brazilian wax. I would drive two hours if I had to... I hope she stays in business forever because I'll just end up growing a 70s bush before I go to anyone else.“

My appointment had to be postponed due to severe frost and I really appreciate that they called me and offered to move it to a convenient date. Also, over the phone, I was able to choose a more appropriate service than the one I chose at the beginning. I was offered a Swedish massage for 60 minutes and a facial procedure. How glad I am that I ended up here! Agnieszka was my massage therapist and Stephanie was my facialist. Both masters are professionals in their field and I am extremely happy to get such experience in the treasury of pleasant procedures!
