I've been always pleased with their friendly and professional customer service including their online check in through their application. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone. No appointment is necessary but the online app helps you avoid waiting in the store if there are several guests ahead of you.“

“I’ve been seeing Eliana for years and she’s a 5/5 all star! For the past couple of years i’ve also been bringing my daughter for a better haircut than a kids haircut place.
My only reason for the missing star are the prices!! I understand that color is time consuming but i only get my hair cut and blown dry. No styling. Therefore, it’s hard for me to get behind the high $$$ just for that. I also understand that it’s a high-end salon and the prices are set by the owner, not the stylists. However, i will continue to see Eliana for her services even though it’s pricey.“

When I called to make an appointment, I spoke with Teisha, the shop owner and explained to her what I wanted done. She assured me that she would take good care of me and she did! “I’ve been coming to Forbici for about 12 years and have always been satisfied with my results. However, yesterday I came in for hair cut and received probably the best cut and service I’ve ever gotten. I came in with VERY long hair that is naturally straight, that had no layers, no movement, no nothing and was ready for a solid cut. Kayce was so patient and descriptive with everything we could do to give me a nice and stylish cut. 6 inches shorter later, I left with the cut I’ve been wanting for quite some time! Worth coming here!
