I've been coming to Rosemont Great Clips each month for over seven years now. I've been always pleased with their friendly and professional customer service including their online check in through their application. I would recommend this hair salon to anyone. No appointment is necessary but the online app helps you avoid waiting in the store if there are several guests ahead of you.
This place was wonderful. The only reason I could afford it was there 12.99 sale haircuts. Otherwise, it is usually 20 bucks per person. That is too much for teenagers' haircuts for me. My two boys loved their first-time haircut with great clips!!

Cannot recommend Elsa at this location enough. I had gotten a terrible haircut from the hairdresser I have been going to for years (no clue what happened there...), and went into Great Clips to see if they could try to fix it. Elsa did an amazing job. It's not perfect, but she did wonders to fix it as much as humanly possible without cutting off too much of my length. Elsa was very friendly and professional. Was very impressed by my first experience here.Service: Haircut
