“I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price.Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.“
“The Tramco tower residential sump pump system is the most powerful system I've ever seen. My pit rarely fills enough to need pumping, but when a really big storm comes and the ground in the neighborhood gets highly saturated from a nearby river, everyone's pumps run for days. Unlike with my old conventional pump, I never have to worry about my Tramco keeping up. Plus, the above-the-floor design lets me keep an eye on the float movement without having to remove the pit lid. It's an expensive system, but worth the peace of mind when the weather goes bad on us!“
