I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price.Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.If it's a non emergency...read full review
