My experience with UW Northern Illinois Home Health has been extremely disappointing. The nursing staff demonstrated a shocking level of disrespect and rudeness towards me and my family. They were unwelcoming and dismissive of my schedule and infusion needs. Not only unwelcoming but disrespectful and discriminatory towards me and my needs as well as asking inappropriate questions and concerning comments. Communication with the team was equally abysmal, with unhelpful and insensitive responses to my concerns. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

Essentially told me they would not supply what I needed, because our insurance company wouldn’t reimburse them, enough money. I have to jump through hoops to receive any kind of help.

I could never go there again I'm afraid they're going to kill me my wife's been back-and-forth to that place to the hospital emergency room immediate care centre Dr PH back to Dr's in the hospital for a week I had doctor ferry for 15 years she orders a stress test and she did not want to give me the results oh you got a wait for a cardiologist give me a break going back-and-forth to doctors like a yo-yo my wife finally goes to a dermatologist and says oh she has shingles she was in the hospital for a week they can't figure that out I hope somebody from the big shot Department sees this maybe they'll wake up and smell the coffee and take the lid off the coffee pot doctor ferry told me one time she had 3000 patients well she must be a magic worker on top of all that they had a pharmacist trying to get my blood pressure right when did anybody ever go to a pharmacist for blood pressure except to pick up pills I never heard that in my life God I hope somebody sees this
