Run don't walk away from this agency. I had the nurse Michelle who was the best thing about this agency. She was always professional and she CARES as does Mildred but the problem the whole reason why that agency sucks is because of Risa. She cuts corners, won't order supplies that the patient needs and when you request your medical records Risa ignores you, won't return phone calls, ignores requests that are sent va USPS Prority Mail with signature. I've had to file a complaint against her and this agency with Medicare. What did she do with the money that she was allocated to spend on medical supplies? So basically what TelBren910 said is true, you refuse to give the patient, did you hear what I said the patient a copy of their medical files. That has nothing to do with the doctor, that is YOUR responibility and if you weren't trying to be so slick Risa you would give that former patient HIS medical records. Stop breaking the law. I hope your office gets shut down.

Very disappointed in this place. The nurse is never on time. Often several hours later than she says she will be at the house. She has NO clue what she’s doing and not ONCE has she had the right equipment she needs to do her job. Every single visit she has to call to have someone bring her the supplies she needs. Do NOT use this company.
