“We had a power surge that basically blew our furnace. Miller Eng. had someone at our house that same day. They worked extra hard to find us the specific parts we needed. (Which were on back order for months.) But they were able to work around that and find us some parts. Our insurance wasn’t going to help cover anything because there was no way to prove that it was a power surge.
