Our 3 flat condo building called Edwin when the initial plumber we had used was unable to reach the blockage in our pipe within the kitchen stack after a back up had occurred. He was quick to respond and had availability the next day. He came out and reached the blockage and was able to remove part of it via rodding and hydro jetting but with the camera, he saw there was more he needed to remove. “Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. That may seem like something small to some, but it was a big deal to me. How did this happen? My drain totally stopped draining and I was stuck with standing water in the tub. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation.
