Their rep, Berry, was onsite first thing in the morning and took a look at our situation. He pointed out the long standing issues with getting cold air up the the 2nd story, and provided multiple solutions to fix our air and address the issues.<br><br>The price came in at a fair competitive price and the very next morning his team completed the AC replacement. Berry’s suggestions were spot on for 2nd story cooling as well, with the new AC unit it runs a bit longer, but cool air actually makes it to the 2nd story now.<br><br>There’s a reason the have 5 stars on google.“

“I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and he had to climb up there in hot weather to work on the A/C unit. He did it though and got the job done.“
