“Had our condenser catch fire Aug 27th, 2024 (one of the hottest days on record). Found A1 on google the next morning and gave them a call. Their rep, Berry, was onsite first thing in the morning and took a look at our situation. He pointed out the long standing issues with getting cold air up the the 2nd story, and provided multiple solutions to fix our air and address the issues.

The price came in at a fair competitive price and the very next morning his team completed the AC replacement. Berry’s suggestions were spot on for 2nd story cooling as well, with the new AC unit it runs a bit longer, but cool air actually makes it to the 2nd story now.

“Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.“

“Austin came after 20 mins from making the dreading Saturday call. I knew it was the weekend but I had no choice. I have animals and an elderly person that count on the AC. He came and looked at the AC unit. He walked me through each step of the process and explained what he was doing. He didn’t mind my questions and the need to want to know his steps. “I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and he had to climb up there in hot weather to work on the A/C unit. He did it though and got the job done.“
