Had an appointment scheduled, and, like other people have said Brian never showed up to his appointment. I called, called, and called! No answer, this company is a waste of your time and unfortunately, it’s the only one that my warranty was willing to use at the time.

I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. They were suppose to come out on Memorial Day here it is Friday and nothing just keep giving me the run around I’ve stayed in contact with them since Sunday when I called them! It’s we are coming always an excuse or they are just done answer. We were going to use them again because they did such a great job with the furnace. We needed them for our ac this time so wanted to give them business again they know my son has asthma and we want to get the qc charged before it gets really hot and they think our 18 mo old is having seizures all which this company knows and still this
