Catherine did my hair for my wedding, as well as my three bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. Catherine was great, arriving early at the venue, making the day fun, helping with a make up mishap. She worked quickly and cheerfully. We had to change my hairstyle a little from the trial, but it still looked beautiful! We had a very windy day so she put extra pins and spray in my hair, and we tested my veil and hair before it was time for the ceremony.

Just had my ducts cleaned today. I have a large house with two furnaces, lots of ducts and returns. Meinders did an excellent job and I was thrilled with their work and professionalism. They were very efficient and the cleaning only took about 2 hours. I was shocked at how reasonable their rates are and will certainly use them again when I need my ducts cleaned again. The house is already seeming less dusty. I highly recommend them.

Sometimes it's hard to put into words your experience? In this case because it was beyond anything I ever would have even imagined. I'm in Peoria for a day and I need to make myself presentable and have never let anyone touch my beard in the 4 years I've been growing it. Well that's not true one time I let someone touch it and that is why nobody ever touched it since then. But Mr Ray met me in the Hall yesterday as I was coming by to check out the place, for those of you like me you know the feel of the place is as important as just about anything else. There is no way to fully explain the absolute pleasure it was to have my beard trimmed and my edges trimmed by such an incredible artist of hair!! I can only tell you that if he decides to open up and speak with you it is a life-changing interaction!

Located in the Junction City Center of Peoria, Sweet CeCe's is such a lovely place to visit. The restaurant offers a wide choice of ice cream, frozen yogurt, baked goods, and coffee. All the products are properly displayed and easily accessed in a very spacious dining area indoors, which is tastefully decorated, creating a very relaxed and friendly ambiance. There's also another large, covered seating area outdoors, near the entrance to the restaurant, across from the parking area. The service of the restaurant deserves the highest compliments for being very hospitable, amiable, courteous and helpful. It was my first visit to this restaurant -- and I immensely enjoyed a sweet combo of Original Tart & Pomegranate All That Razz Sorbet ($6.21). The dessert was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back -- in much warmer days of spring and summer coming up, this restaurant must be a great place to take a break from the heat and hype of the city, chill out and enjoy some sweet delights. She took so much time just over the phone to consult with me about all my skin problems and questions. I have now been going to her since June of 2023 and my skin has improved TREMENDOUSLY! (It’s only December now and I have seen a huge difference in my skin) She’s very knowledgeable in this field and has many years of experience. Her services are NOT so much for relaxation or massage as they are to focus more on treating your skin! I like that about her services because I work 6 days a week and don’t have much free time but I want to have great skin. Give her a shot and you won’t be disappointed!
While in for a facial, I discussed treatment options for specific areas of my body. The aesthetician was very well educated about what Skin Dimensions offers. I am closing in on 60 and yep, what everyone told me is true. I need to lose some fat. She told me about Emsculpt and the results she has seen. It is not a miracle treatment. True weight loss also includes watching what I eat and increasing exercise.I am doing all three.I chose to purchase a package/6 sessions of EM sculpt because I am.just not ready to go.under the knife. Emsculpt is non invasive, no down time and only takes 30 minutes. The price is very reasonable.My advice, go into the Spa and talk to the girls about the treatment. Make sure you are also committed to watching what you eat and increasing your activities. If you want to build muscle and lose fat in just 4 treatment, this is the recipe except the toning and fat loss is accelerated. What would have taken 4 to 5 months only took 1 month or 4 treatments. That is motivation and reward to stay the course. I am the heaviest that I have ever weighed but not over 180. I am very limited in what I can do and what is comfortable. I have made a commitment to lose the weight (finally) and Emsculpt is helping me seeresults with just 4, 30 minute sessions.I am 4 of 6 sessions with the Emsculpt treatment. Went here for my 18th Birthday, i got my septum peirced. I walked in and they got me right in, the place was clean, and had a nice vibe. The man who did my peircing was chill. The peircing was quick, it did hurt quite a bit but thays because my idiot self moved and he had to pop it thrugh the other side. Oops. The woman at the desk that checks you in was kind of rude, no customer service. My dad was talking to the big boss, sounded chill. My only ick is that the peircer said to wash the septum with soap. Not a good choice as it can dry out the peircing and slow the healing(use saline). Otherwise great!!! Will be back.

The water from the washing machine would not drain properly because of a clog in the pipes in the laundry room. The sink eventually stopped draining entirely. When I called Peoria Plumbing, an hour later Steve, a technician, had arrived. Quickly identified the source of the issue and fixed it so that we could once again enjoy uninterrupted water flow. In every manner, he was excellent, as was this service.

These past two weeks have been a whirlwind of plumbing needs at our home. There was a utility closet drain that would overflow intermittently. Additionally, a high-pitched whining sound in the piping was ultimately tracked back to a faulty pressure valve regulator and water softener on its last leg. We were lucky enough to have immediate service, and Briar did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing all of our issues. So now we have unclogged pipes, a new PVR, a new water softener and no more squealing pipes. It's great to have such a reliable plumbing service locally, but I hope we don't need them again for a while ;-)
I recently had a plumbing issue at my house. Was quoted by a plumbing company in Peoria that seemed a little high. I ended up getting another quote from Dries Bros. I told them what I was quoted and they said that is outrageous and were able to do the work for 40% cheaper. I would recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs.
We have a Rainsoft system and have been having issues with contacting the company, Patrick came by the house and was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately my system wasn’t compatible with his filters. I highly recommend going with Patrick with all of your whole home and R/O system needs.

Today was an emergency call. I had almost 3" of water in my basement and it took me and my son almost 5 hours to shop vac it up. Water would not stop bubbling up sobI called Roro-Rooter! Tyler, the technician for Arnold &Son's were very professional, punctual, efficient and flexible. They get the job done right and explain every detail.
The job was pretty simple; however, I had spent a couple of hours trying to do it myself. Mohamed was able to do it in a few minutes. Simply the fact he showed up within the time and DID get the job done. The cost estimate was a bit pricy, but he did get the job done when Nicor dropped the ball and several other couldn’t be bothered.

Before you hire them get a lawyer to protect your money, they have been sued 3 times since 2014, with one judgement for over $300,000.00. They did not put all the anchors in the house foundation to secure it, as the IBC 2006 and City of Pekin Illinois calls for. The roof is unlevel and not built to any blueprint. I would not have them build me a doghouse or even hire them. Poor QUALITY House and they do not do as the their contract is written. If you want to see my junk house come by and I'll show you Poor Quality.

We grew up near Peoria and moved away in our 20's. Now over 40 years later we moved back and Scott Lewis Homes was recommended to us by family. We wanted to downsize and Scott suggested a floor plan he had built before and helped to make it a custom home to meet our needs. While our home is smaller in scale, the custom work is anything but small in detail.
We chose CT Gabbert for our new deck construction because we had heard from friends about their quality work. Well…. we were certainly happy we did. Kyle and Jordan did an excellent job building the deck from the base structure on up. We watched construction each day noting how particular and exact Kyle and Jordan were. Chuck and Kari helped us on detail and Joe oversaw the project. Clean up crews arrived each day when needed. Because of the company’s good reputation, we were confident the deck would turn out beautifully and it did. We also had new and additional railings installed on our front porch and stairs. We had a last minute change of plans in design and Kyle was able to accommodate the change. We are so happy with the results. Thank you to the entire crew.

We are incredibly happy (and impressed) with the work Dan and his guys have done! Dan worked within our ideas and desires to refit our basement, adding a 3/4 bathroom, storage room, and maintenance access, as well as refinishing the office and living space post-flooding damage. We spend a lot of time in our basement and Dan understood that, and created a comfortable and beautiful new space down there.Some specifics:--Dan's team finished the job 2 days ahead of his estimate. They were here every day, not splitting time between our basement and another work site. His team arrived at exactly the same time every day, stayed the whole day, and worked the whole time. They were on site Mon-Fri for the whole build.--Dan's estimate came in a few thousand dollars less than others we received, and he stuck to that estimate. Every change or alteration was discussed with us before any money was spent, and Dan's expertise and experience means that what he quoted us for various parts of the build was exactly or very close to the final cost. He used several smart, cost-saving building techniques early on, as well as reusing materials where possible.--The A1 crew knew their business. We could see measurable progress every day they were on site, and each day when they left the building area was clean and safe to walk through. There was never a fear that the basement would become a disaster area or that we wouldn't be able to use other areas of our house due to the construction.--the plumbing and electrical contractors brought in were top-notch as well, which speaks to Dan's company's reputation: professionals like working with professionals. Everyone who came on the site knew exactly what they were doing and how they were going to do it, which meant they were in and out and their jobs done neatly and promptly.We love our new basement and are completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with A1QC. I have a great regard for those who treat what belongs to our family as if were theirs. That was our experience when The Tree Surgeon workers removed two very large trees in our backyard that had been toppled in a recent storm. (Those cherry trees added so much beauty and shade to our property, and the workers seemed to genuinely understand what their loss meant to us.) As I observed the process of removal, I could tell that Ray, the owner, is not only instilling in his young crew the skills necessary for an efficient job but also the value and dignity received from hard work and a job well done. We hired The Tree Surgeon as a result of a natural calamity. Because of their competency, we are having them return to remove a tree for preventative measures. My husband and I are pleased to recommend this business for their excellent proficiency as well as their friendly service.

Dr. John Steinwedel, et. al., is the first dentist I've been to since I was a kid and went to a children's dentist back in the 1950s/1960s when I looked forward to being there! They do not talk down to you or treat you as though you are just another patient. I ALWAYS look forward to the experience! I am 77 years old and have been to some really "lulus"! He is at the top 99%ile!

Dr. Micah is a blessing. My 8 year had a traumatic injury and his front tooth was broken in half and the top half was pushed into his naval cavity. One local dental group recommended extraction. I was referred to Micah for a second opinion. He saw me the same day and did a 3D xray and saw there was too much tooth and said he would absolutely not pull it as it would lead to a number of problems as my son grew up. Today, he had his final procedure with a root canal and Micah built up the other half of his tooth to an almost perfect match. At 8 years old, you can imagine the trauma he has gone through but Micah made him feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him and can't imagine where we would be if it wasn't for Micah. Thank you to Peoria Dental Care for being amazing! Your staff and your physicians are top notch!

Dr. Yolanda Wright-Lowry is one of the best dentists I ever visited, ever! She is VERY meticulous, caring, honest, knowledgeable and experienced. As a healthcare professional myself, I can attest that she's the first dentist I witnessed to perform a complete oral exam on me, including the floor of the mouth, the base and back of the tongue and overall oral mucosal exam! I'm glad I switched my dental care to her!

We arrived about 35 minutes early due to errands getting done faster than normal. To our surprise, they hygienists were able to get all 4 of my kids in early. In fact, we were nearly done before our appointments were scheduled to start! The team of hygienists are so helpful and kind to my children. They are all so comfortable there and the staff treat my kids like family even though they only know them from coming into the office. I am always impressed with the communication with me from the dentists to the receptionist... everyone is so thorough! Another great visit at Just Kidz Dentistry. I just can't say enough great things about the staff.

Dr Carter and his staff are great. I went in for costochondritis issues, and he knew of the condition and came up with a treatment plan which is working for me so far. His staff is friendly and flexible with working around my schedule.

Dr. Brown is an incredible surgeon and cares about quality of life of the pets he serves more than any vet I have met. My cat broke his leg badly and Dr. Brown was able to repair his leg. I know for a fact that if I had taken him anywhere else, my cat would have three legs right now instead of four. Amazing owner and amazing groomers!! My dog always gets a beautiful fluffy clip as I keep him WELL brushed at home!! To people complaining their dogs were shaved… groomers do not live in your home, you must do YOUR part in keeping them brushed DAILY!!

He takes a measured approach and does not rush his patients to surgery but, if I ultimately need to have a knee replaced, I will be lucky to have him as my surgeon.
