It was my first time going. At first, I thought that it wasn't working until I really did start to taste a little bit of salt from the air treatment. Afterward, my tongue was tingling a little, but I was breathing better. Even if it wasn't "life-changing" in one treatment, I would recommend going just for the small breathing benefits and the self-care time of setting aside one hour! The items for sale are reasonable. I bought what is pictured for $35. The purple container is lip scrub. I will be going back to try their infrared light therapy too. ❤️

I LOVE coming to the Himalayan Salt Cave! Not only is the cave beautiful and peaceful, their medical-grade, infrared sauna is INCREDIBLE! Accommodations also include: free complimentary water upon arrival, a private sauna room, clean robes & washcloths, a home speaker that allows you to choose any podcast, radio or music playlist, an infrared light remote for customizations inside the sauna, suggested sauna settings (I prefer the “Intense Detoxification” setting), and a tablet in the sauna that gives you access to multiple apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, YouTube and more! The Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave was my first salt therapy experience. I was extremely please with how clean and well-maintained the environment was and that the staff are endlessly knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly toward guests and toward each other. The session was extremely relaxing and they offer a great selection of salt lamps and other wellness products, some of which are made in house. I truly noticed how much I had benefited from the treatment on a hike in the woods a week or so later... My sinuses and breathing were steady and easy in a way I do not recall ever feeling previously in my life. I look forward to going back to the Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave...read full review
