I wanted to give the best rating I could for Tucker Plumbing! Dave came out to my house to help me with an issue with my water backing up into my tub when my washing machine was running. He was very upfront on costs and the work that he could do he didn't promise me anything but said we could give it a try and see if it would fixed it. He ran a machine through my main sewage line to clean it out. It fixed the problem, I got lucky to not have bigger issues. He also fixed a leaky faucet handle I had on my outside faucet, which I didn't even ask him to. Dave was very professional and very kind and knowledgeable. I called on a Monday, call back on Tuesday, and Wednesday, they were able to show up early. The tech was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was given a ballpark estimate of how much, and I was very satisfied. I appreciate the company having most parts on hand. Only had to go back once, and was back very quickly. Work got done within the time he gave, and that was after I added additional task. With today's labor costs, final cost was fair. Tech also said ,that if any problem with this job cropped up, such as a small leak developing ,even after his repairs, he would come back to fix, no worries.
