The staff is super helpful and pleasant to work with, from the nurses to reception, I always feel welcome. Kyle got me started on this journey and I am down about 35 lbs (mostly fat) in under 6 months with evolving goals as I make progress. Khalil is also an excellent consultant; he regularly provides great advice around exercise routines, food choices/protein intake, and general health habits to keep me on track toward a healthier lifestyle. If you are looking to lose weight and want to make your health a priority with a great team behind you, Options in Park Ridge is worth the investment.
