Love this gym. Great facility w absolutely amazing classes. So grateful for the kind staff and the fact that they offer kids club for parents to be able workout. Plus the swim classes here are much better for kids than other establishments. Happy member!

I love this gym. The staff is so nice. The entire property is clean. I mostly go in the evenings after work and it's never too crowded and always a treadmill free. But if you plan on making any upgrades please add a sauna! I know there is a steam room but it's not the same.

As another reviewer has noted, (and acknowledged by the club) the mask policy is completely not enforced. 90% of the members attending do not wear a mask once inside. I have seen members entering the club without a mask and not being challenged. I feel unsafe in this club. I fully expect them to not enforce the vaccination requirement for entry into gyms that Cook County just put into effect.Since gyms are being identified as a major risk factor for spreading of Covid, it is difficult to continue to go to a place that doesn't take reasonable precautions. Otherwise, the facilities are nice. It is also nice to be able to reserve a lane in the pool, however very often families with children take up lanes that they have not reserved.
