“Incorporating yoga into my workout routine has not only transformed my physical health but has also given me a newfound sense of mental clarity and inner peace.Hannah's Hatha class is awesome. Her calming presence and clear instructions made the practice extremely accessible. Both Kelley and Nancy's sculpt classes make for an incredible work out. They are both incredibly kind and down to earth, but provide the extra motivation to keep it rolling.Would highly recommend checking out Revival Yoga in Palos and attending as many class types as possible!“

“Loree's expertise as a therapist shines through her genuine kindness and compassion, traits I've had the pleasure of witnessing since our undergraduate days. What sets her apart is her rich tapestry of worldly experiences, which enables her to empathetically view situations from various perspectives. With Loree, you're not just receiving therapy, but a deeply empathetic understanding that fosters growth and healing.“

“Kari is the best! She creates a very welcoming, friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to follow instructions, and various options for each pose for all experience levels. I have been going to Kari's classes for many years. If you're new or just beginning to practice yoga, a class is a great way to expand your skill set.“

“I didn't know which YBD to write my review under--i go to all 3! That's part of the beauty of YBD. I live in Lombard so all 3 locations are convenient for me, which opens up a huge amount of classes available to me. I have been going to YBD for the last 7 years. It's the best yoga and deal around! Fantastic instructors. Great offerings, including restorative options every day, not just as events. I go to a regular yoga and a restorative 4-5 days a week. Stacey Z is magic! All the other teachers are excellent as well. The locker rooms are so convenient. All the teachers encourage modifications and doing what's best for your body. My practice has come so far!“

“Two floors of equipment, cardio downstairs, weight training upstairs. Very crowded is the only reason I gave this 4 stars, not an easy gym to get a routine workout in on a time schedule, do not have a choice of equipment, only what is not in use.Friendly atmosphere, lots of machines but not a lot of free weight action.“

“I love the Tinley Park Facility. I enjoy taking yoga there and using their exercise equipment. The facility is clean and beautiful.I am still heartbroken over their (with Esporta) closing the Lansing site, which I visited on almost a daily basis for Yoga, Zumba, BODY Plus Abs, Silver Sneakers, and Water Aerobics.I joined BALLYS at least 30 years ago and stayed with them as they changed to LA Fitness and Esporta. I loved many of the teachers and trainers. And have hated that these great people left because the Institution would not pay them more. The teachers and trainers make the fitness experience special, not the fancy machines. Not as many young people want to join a health club now because they can get fitness training online. Those of us who go to a club, love the connections we've made there. LA Fitness needs to recognize that!“

“I like Esporta but most concerned with people putting their shoes blocking the stairs to the pool and whirlpool. It's so dangerous because anyone can trip and fall down the stairs especially if their balance is unstabled. Blind people come in and it's just a dangerous situation. The pool is broken a lot of times. I think it should be some incumbent bikes with wide pedals for people with disabilities.“
