“It's the only gym that I feel comfortable going to. Very nice people, and it's a judgement-free zone for the most part. But generally, it is a great gym.“
“Just had a prenatal massage from Mia. It was so relaxing, I was in heaven. Will definitely be back!“
“That session was extremely relaxing and I was able to go on many vacations in my mind, flying over oceans and islands!“
“When you look up Katie Freeman in the dictionary “ideal therapist” should come up. She understands everything everything and more. I feel thankful to have her guide me through life.“
“Absolutely love The Yoga Room at BodyTech! All of the teachers are knowledgeable and so caring! It's a no judgement zone which keeps me coming back!“
“Kari is the best! She creates a very welcoming, friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to follow instructions, and various options for each pose for all experience levels. I have been going to Kari's classes for many years. If you're new or just beginning to practice yoga, a class is a great way to expand your skill set.“
“Gina has helped me so much. She has such a great energy, and her meditations truly leave me feeling peaceful and happy.“
“Great teacher and healer; big open heart! Experienced, wise, indefatigable, earnest and melodious!“
“Anna is one of the most experienced and professional masseuse I have ever been to. Such an amazing and relaxing experience. Highly recommend.Thank you“
“Maureen is the best yoga instructor. She is very professional and makes everyone feel very comfortable. She is great at working with a variety of yoga levels even within the same class. Maureen's playlists are great! She plays many genres that are enjoyable for everyone. Yes, I get my workout and stretching in but she also helps me connect to myself and the world. I feel these classes cover the mind, body, and soul.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place and about Ricky. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and get the relief you need. Always very clean. Only thing that’s helped me with chronic pain. Highly recommend“
“I've tried a few studios around the area but nothing really quite felt at home, nor did any have classes that accommodated the working folks. I started with the intro month and made a promise to myself that even if I didn't feel like it, if I could make a class, I'd go. I'm SO glad I did. I've tried many of the different instructors and they all have their own little quirks. I love them all dearly but Toni is my absolute favorite - she not only plays the singing bowls in the sound baths in a way that is friendly to my misophonia but I love when she sings. I greatly enjoy the variety of classes - I'm a bigger fan of relaxation/meditative/stretching classes and they have many! Everyone that I've come into contact with is great; fellow yogis included. I also love that they sell merch (shirts, crystal jewelry, and locally made candles!) but don't ever try to push any on you. My only complaint is that sometimes, others aren't very conscious of how sound travels so your peace gets interrupted by the pilates instructor through the wall or when they dismiss and they're loud in the lobby. I think the other instructors being conscious of their noise level and a blanket against the door would help tremendously. Other than that - and I've tried many studios - this is THE place to go to feel like you're part of something, while maintaining your anonymity, and for ultimate self-care and relaxation. My physical therapist is elated at my progress from chronic pain/conditions I've had for years after a car accident and that began when I began yoga again. Try it, you won't regret it! There would be more reviews but I'm sure others - like me - hesitate to let the secret out and have the classes booked out :P“
“Nothing fancy, but it does the job. I would give it 3 stars, but the pool pushes it up a notch“
“The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is welcoming! They talk to about whatever procedures you're having.... and they make suggestions about ways to get better results. They also have a cute lille cafe corner to grab a meal replacement smoothie(optional for extra fee). I'm definitely coming back for more services.“
“I had a great time in Ashtanga remix! Liz’s energy was contagious. Her relaxation cues and hands on alignment assists were greatly appreciated. I loved the cold eucalyptus towel and feel good assists during savasana. I can’t wait to go back“
“I like Esporta but most concerned with people putting their shoes blocking the stairs to the pool and whirlpool. It's so dangerous because anyone can trip and fall down the stairs especially if their balance is unstabled. Blind people come in and it's just a dangerous situation. The pool is broken a lot of times. I think it should be some incumbent bikes with wide pedals for people with disabilities.“
“I love the Tinley Park Facility. I enjoy taking yoga there and using their exercise equipment. The facility is clean and beautiful.I am still heartbroken over their (with Esporta) closing the Lansing site, which I visited on almost a daily basis for Yoga, Zumba, BODY Plus Abs, Silver Sneakers, and Water Aerobics.I joined BALLYS at least 30 years ago and stayed with them as they changed to LA Fitness and Esporta. I loved many of the teachers and trainers. And have hated that these great people left because the Institution would not pay them more. The teachers and trainers make the fitness experience special, not the fancy machines. Not as many young people want to join a health club now because they can get fitness training online. Those of us who go to a club, love the connections we've made there. LA Fitness needs to recognize that!“
“i’ve been a member for 5 years and use the lap pool to exercise and the warmer therapeutic pool to help ease my back pain. i also use the steam and whirlpool which are always very clean! The staff from the front desk to the locker room attendants and personnel trainers are all extremely knowledgeable/ and friendly!I highly recommend our Club ?????“
