I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Beyond Beauty. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for clients is absolutely unacceptable.

First, the service provider completely failed to show up for my follow-up microblading appointment—without a single notification. Hours later, when I finally reached her, she informed me she had been in the ER. While I understand emergencies happen, the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. Despite this, I was patient and rescheduled for two weeks later.

Had you asked me earlier this year, i Would say 5 stars. But after the last few months and non interactions. They get a zero.
Been with them for well over a decade!!!! Back when they had chicago ridge location. I even moved to a different state yet stayed coming because they were so great and accommodating. My service is quick and I've been told during my booking process that I'm an easy accommodation, Yada ya.

Can I tell you, the last 2 times i was supposed to go there, I made a few appts online and the day of both times, They cancel on me via text. No rescheduling no explanation nothing. I call and leave messages trying to book an appt. No call backs no...read full review
