I brought my 86yr old Mom for a hair cut. From what I could understand, it appears to be a salon for seniors. There were a lot of elderly women there. The prices were the same as other salons. The staff seemed nice. The receptionist was having personal phone calls, that customers didn't need to hear her conversations. There was an elderly woman checking out, paying for her services. The total was $83. She tipped the stylist $5!!!! That's not even 10%!!!! If I were the stylist, I would've said something like, were you NOT happy with my service? I'm not sure. But maybe she wasn't- but it also appeared that the customer was a regular. Come on guys. Don't be so stingey/cheap....read full review

Robert Kendal Hair Salon is the best salon around. My mom has gone there for pretty much most of her life and I have been going there since I was younger. Carol Z is the best. I've never experienced such professionalism and high quality hair service. My hair always turns out amazing and I've always had great experiences there. Highly recommend!!!Service: Hairstyling

Wonderful experience!Friendly staff! I worked with Penny to get my hair trimmed and layered. Penny worked so quick and gave her honest opinion based off my hair length and texture.Definitely going back
