“Austin came after 20 mins from making the dreading Saturday call. I knew it was the weekend but I had no choice. I have animals and an elderly person that count on the AC. He came and looked at the AC unit. He walked me through each step of the process and explained what he was doing. He didn’t mind my questions and the need to want to know his steps. Got it working again. He was very thorough. Will definitely be using JL Brady and Austin again. Highly recommend.“

“I had a good experience with this company. I don't know why there are so many poor reviews on here. I had filed a service request through HSA too and JKPH LLC contacted me promptly about setting up a same-day appointment to have my A/C serviced when it was broken. The technician had to get a part and bring it back two days later to install it, but he did his job and seemed to do a good job at it because our A/C is working again! I appreciated their customer service and I felt they were prompt and helpful when I had questions. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because the technician was a little grumpy when I told him our A/C was in the attic (crazy, I know) and he had to climb up there in hot weather to work on the A/C unit. He did it though and got the job done.“
