Got glasses prescription filled, had problem with right lens being blurry, waited serveral days for them to check with Mgr, didn't call me back, so I called, took few more days for them to call, was told to ask my Dr, checked with my Dr, its not my eyes...the optical center didn't feel upgrading the lens would help so I got a refund and will go elsewhere, no apologies either

At other optometrists I get "processed" and each time my contacts prescription seems stronger than what I'm comfortable with (without knowing why and telling them at the outset that's been my decades long problem) but I still end up with too strong a prescription, I feel. So, I recently decided to give Sam's Club and Dr. Sherri Morris a try. She actually listened, evaluated me and solved my problem! What a relief! My sight and comfort with contacts has been renewed. Kudos to Dr. Morris for her listening skills and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Morris for everyone.
